Michael B. Jordan’s Outlier Society & Warner Bros Acquire Rena Barron Novel Trilogy ‘Kingdom Of Souls’

Before HarperTeen acquired her young adult epic fantasy, Barron spent 10 years writing across multiple genres and age groups hoping to get published. In addition to the Kingdom of Souls trilogy, Barron also has written a middle grade series: the first book, titled Maya and The Rising Dark, debuts in May 2020.” /> In 2017, she entered Pitch Wars, an online mentorship program that included an agent showcase round. Barron’s entry (then titled The Last Witchdoctor) received more requests than any novel the service ever had. Barron grew up in small-town Alabama, where stories of magic and adventure sparked her imagination.
Jordan's Warner Bros-based Outlier Society is hungry for more. Warner Bros. Misan Sagay is attached to write the screenplay. EXCLUSIVE: After a strong premiere of its first big studio feature Just Mercy at Toronto, Michael B. Jordan and Alana Mayo are producing with Pouya Shahbazian. has just acquired for Jordan Kingdom of Souls, the first installment of a fantasy novel trilogy by Rena Barron, in which a young woman must give up her own life, bit by bit, in a magical bargain to save her village–and the world. Outlier Society's Michael B.
The long-imprisoned Demon King is stirring. And if he rises, his hunger for souls will bring the world to its knees… unless Arrah pays the price for the magic to stop him. But she uncovers something worse. She tries a deadly last resort to cast the spell that will find the children: she trades years of her own life for scraps of magic. Barron spins a darkly magical YA fantasy tale that blends tales of folk magic, voodoo, and Orisha from her own community. When children begin disappearing, including a boy she'd befriended, Arrah is desperate to find the culprit. She yearns for magic of her own, but each year she fails to call forth her ancestral powers, while her ambitious mother watches with growing disapproval. Kingdom of Souls centers on Arrah, a young woman born into a family of powerful witch doctors.

Netflix Series ‘Jinn’ Sparks Uproar In Jordan Over Alleged “Immoral Scenes”

The Commission said it role as state censor only applies to TV broadcasts and theater presentations, not streaming services. The controversy led Jordan's Media Commission to issue a statement saying it had no control over the production of the series.
Netflix Middle East characterized the uproar on Twitter as a "wave of bullying."  It said the show deals with "universal themes" that "can be viewed as provocative."
Others complained online about the show's rough language. The controversy is over two scenes in which female actor Salma Milhis kisses two different boys in separate scenes, a shocking move in the conservative country.
Sultan Alkhail plays Yassin, who struggles with a world that seems stacked against him, and the show will follow his coming of age story sparked by his supernatural friendship with Vera, played by Aysha Shahaltough. Salma Malhas stars as Mira, a rebellious teen still devastated after the loss of her mother who learns to love again when she meets Keras, played by Hamzeh Okab, the Jinn who is tasked with guarding vigilante Jinns.
The state-run Royal Film Commission also weighed in as well, saying there was nothing it could do.
Netflix's first Arabic original series is causing an upset among some Jordanians, with a prosecutor asking the country's cybercrimes unit to investigate it and take action.
It is produced by Master Key Productions and Kabreet Productions. The series comes from exec producers Elan and Rajeev Dassani, who are the VFX specialists behind a raft of hit US series, such as Scandal and Justified.

They must try and stop Jinn from destroying the world. The show, Jinn, is a young adult supernatural drama about magical genies in the ancient city of Petra. The show is shot in Jordan and has five episodes.
After the show's release last week, a top Jordanian prosecutor asked the Ministry of the Interior's cybercrimes unit to take "immediate necessary measures to stop the broadcast," citing its alleged"immoral scenes."

Offset – Father of 4 Lyrics

[Intro: Big Rube]
Yeah, you already know what it is (Swerve)
It’s noisy off the set path
How can I make choices I’ve yet to discover we have? Must need rehab
If you think you know me from the facets they show these folks to get money, I gotta laugh
How funny it is you don’t realize the skill lies in knowing within the truth there’s still lies
It’s called being civilized
But not to trivialize your belief in the semi-fictionalized
I am who you see
What you hear is part of me
But there’s so much more to me
So much more to be than just alive
A son, a brother, a husband, a father
But still can go even farther
Wish and will, can go harder
In that time, I went the hardest
More than this generic term “artist.”
A reality smith, you love my craftsmanship
Because I craft some shit to make my people proud
And so I speak aloud, but not loud enough yet
Or as loud as I can get
They think I ain’t a threat
But all preconceived notions, I’ve arrived
To Offset
[Chorus: Offset]
I was 17 years old when I had you (When I had you)
Tryna find my soul when I had you (When I had you)
I was oh so broke when I had you (When I had you)
Locked up down the road when I had you (When I had you)
Jordan, sorry I wasn’t there for all your birthdays
I tried to hit, I wasn’t rich, and had no workplace
My son Kody, he three, rappin’ already like me
Ridin’ in the car, you don’t play me, then he gon’ scream
[Verse 1: Offset]
Kalea, you my first, first daughter
I missed the first years of your life, I’m sorry
Tell the truth, I ain’t really know if I was your father
Tell the truth, I really don’t even know your mama
But I had to step up, my daddy had left us
Even though we gotta catch up, pray to God that he bless us
I’ma keep grindin’ for my kids, never gon’ let up
I’ma put the money up for y’all, I can’t be selfish
Had a baby as a kid, mama kicked me out
Had to go and hit a lick, tryna put food in your mouth
Then I got caught for the shit, in the pen when she pushed you out
Your mama tried to push me down, ain’t let me stay at the house
[Chorus: Offset]
I was 17 years old when I had you (When I had you)
Tryna find my soul when I had you (When I had you)
I was oh so broke when I had you (When I had you)
Locked up down the road when I had you (When I had you)
Jordan, sorry I wasn’t there for all your birthdays
I tried to hit, I wasn’t rich, and had no workplace
My son Kody, he three, rappin’ already like me
Ridin’ in the car, you don’t play me, then he gon’ scream
[Verse 2: Offset]
I’m a father of four, gotta get that cash, gold
Keep my past closed, ‘member I ain’t had no dough
Spend a big bag on clothes, Gucci from the head to toes
Not two, not three, all four, that’s all they know
Kulture, remind me of my grandma, feel like she is closer
Gotta thank your mama, she hold me like holsters
Gotta protect her from the world, I can’t even post her
Ups and downs in this fame, roller coaster
If I don’t ball, then everything ’round me fall
I’m prayin’ to God to watch my kids, that’s my all…
[Chorus: Offset]
I was 17 years old when I had you (When I had you)
Tryna find my soul when I had you (When I had you)
I was oh so broke when I had you (When I had you)
Locked up down the road when I had you (When I had you)
Jordan, sorry I wasn’t there for all your birthdays
I tried to hit, I wasn’t rich, and had no workplace
My son Kody, he three, rappin’ already like me
Ridin’ in the car, you don’t play me, then he gon’ scream

He was killed in Iraq in 2006 when Jordan was 7 months old, but his spirit lives on in his writings to Dana and Jordan. The 2008 book tells of Canedy’s love affair with First Sgt. Charles Monroe King, who kept a journal of life lessons for their newborn son Jordan while deployed overseas.
Like that pic, Journal for Jordan is being produced by Washington and Escape Artists' Todd Black along with Jason Blumenthal and Steve Tisch. It will be Washington's next helming effort after Paramount's Fences, which scored four Oscar noms in 2017. Sony tapped Williams for the gig a year ago.

Michael B. Jordan’s Outlier & Amazon Ink First Look Deal For Original Series

“It’s an exciting moment for Outlier Society,” Jordan said today in a statement of the deal with Amazon. Alongside the expert leadership at Amazon Studios, we can’t wait to unveil the fruits of this union.” “In just a few short years they have become home to some of television’s most groundbreaking series and an extraordinary place for talent to create, with a cutting-edge business model that speaks to today’s audiences. “On behalf of myself and President of Production, Alana Mayo, we are thrilled to be entering into this partnership with Amazon Studios,” the EP of the upcoming OWN drama David Makes Man added.
All projects between Jordan’s Outlier and Amazon will have an inclusion rider. Putting its morals where its money is, the deal is set not only to bring new series to the Jeff Bezos created streamer but also to enlarge the franchise, literally and figuratively. This increasingly and thankfully more and more incrementally familer state of affairs in the industry mandates a specific level of diverse hiring on both sides of the camera for crew and cast.
The $200 a ticket sold out event on Tuesday will also feature A Star Is Born director and star Bradley Cooper, Melinda Gates and potential 2020 Presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke, as well as Jordan.” />
The announcement with Amazon comes one day before Jordan joins his fellow David Makes Man executive producer Oprah Winfrey at Times Square’s Playstation Theater for a sit-down one-on-one interview. The duo were supposed to be on stage at the Sundance Film Festival this weekend before last for a David Makes Man panel bit Ms. O had to beg off as moderator due to illness.
Just weeks after signing a feature first look deal with Warner Bros, The Black Panther and Creed star’s Outlier Society Productions has now strategically inked a first look TV series deal with the Jennifer Salke run Amazon Studios for original series.
Amazon are also pretty sweet on the union with one of Hollywood’s hottest talents. Jordan previously had a 2016 inked TV and film agreement with Skydance.
We can’t wait to bring their vision to a global audience who is hungry for revolutionary, authentic content.” “The key to Michael’s success, going back to the beginning of his career, has been his ability to elevate each role he has brought to life, often shattering stereotypes along the way,” Amazon Studio boss Salke, noted Monday “One of the reasons it’s so exciting to be in business with him, Alana and Outlier Society is because they are part of the new wave of creative talents emphasizing diversity both above and below the line, and using their success to empower others.
No word yet how fast the end products will be delivered, but Michael B. Jordan is going into business with Amazon.

Lawrence Rothman – Jordan lyrics

[Intro]
I’ve lived long enough
Long enough in shame
Long enough
Long enough in shame
[Verse 1]
I live in a world that I’m not a boy or girl
I’m not alone, not human or animal
Truly would you die for me, die for me? You know I’d die for you
Sorry, never thought I’d fall in love with my best friend
[Chorus]
After everything you’ve done
I know I’m the only one
Who’s bad for me, bad for me, bad for me
[Verse 2]
You crash into my vision like a spirit with no latitude
No need to understand anything as long as I do
For the life of me, life of me, life of me
I chose to care for you
Kinda always knew I’d found love with my best friend, Jordan
[Chorus]
After everything you’ve done
I know I’m not the only one
Who’s bad for me, bad for me, bad for me
There’s nothing left to say
There’s no blood left in my veins
‘Cause I’m bad for me, I’m bad for me, so bad for me
[Outro]
I’ve lived long enough in shame, long enough in shame, long enough in shame
I’ve lived long enough in shame, long enough in shame, long enough in shame
I’ve lived long enough in shame, long enough in shame, long enough in shame
Long enough in shame, long enough in shame
I’ve lived long enough in shame, long enough in shame, long enough in shame

British Politicians Urge Inclusion Riders To Be Introduced To Secure Film & High-End TV Tax Relief

The move is the latest noise around inclusion riders, which have been in the spotlight since Frances McDormand made her impassioned speech at the Oscars after winning for her performance in Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.
We need action now.” “With Cannes just weeks away, it’s important we start an international conversation about the ways in which policy-makers can contribute to the urgent need for greater diversity,” Brennan added. The pace of change has been too slow so far. “We will consult fully before bringing forward proposals but updating the film and high-end TV tax relief to require inclusion and diversity as part of the qualifying criteria would be a major step forward.
In 2016, the last year figures were available for, 175 films including Wonder Woman and T2: Trainspotting, and 45 TV series including The Crown and Game of Thrones, claimed tax relief.
“Bringing inclusion riders from Hollywood to HMRC could put a rocket booster under the industry that pays lip service to diversity, but hasn’t always delivered.” “For far too long, the film and TV industries have been dominated by a small and unrepresentative segment of society,” said Shadow Culture Minister Kevin Brennan.
The Labour Party, currently the opposition to the British government, has revealed that it is drawing up plans to only make the tax credits available to producers and directors who operate a more inclusive cast and crew. However, given that Labour is not in power, and despite an uncertain political climate in the UK, the next general election is not actually required to be held until May 2022, so the rules could take some time to be put into place.
High-profile film and TV projects may soon be required to feature an inclusion rider in order to secure multimillion-pound tax relief in the UK.
Jordan adopted inclusion riders for all projects through his Outlier Society production company, as did Ghostbusters director Paul Feig and Matt Damon and Ben Affleck.” /> Last month, Black Panther and Creed star Michael B.

2 Chainz – Role Model Lyrics

[Hook: 2 Chainz]
The dopeman my muhfuckin’ role model
The dopeman my muhfuckin’ role model
The dopeman my muhfuckin’ role model
Buy everybody in this bitch they own bottles
The dopeman my muhfuckin’ role model (yeah!)
The dopeman my muhfuckin’ role model (okay!)
The dopeman my muhfuckin’ role model (2 Chainz!)
Not Tyson, not Jordan, not Charles Barkley
[Verse 1: 2 Chainz]
As a young nigga, seen ‘em getting to the money
Told my mama, “One day I’ma be one of ‘em”
So many court dates, I’m damn near gone Sundays
Back in the day when ya safe was ya undies
And I can’t complain, I’m tryna take a plane to Onyx
Yeah I’m fly wit ya woman, I get high wit ya woman
They really can’t rap so these niggas started humming
As soon as they did, 12 start coming
You hear them drums? Talk to em, Tit! [Intro: DJ Teknikz & 2 Chainz]
See, we stacked down ’til we came up
And the same niggas we used to look up to
Now break bread with a nigga
Haha, Teknikz the muhfuckin’ DJ! Teacher asked me what I want to be when I grow up, you know
You know, what I look up to
I told her I wanted to be the muhfuckin’ dopeman, you feel me? Give the drummer some
Nah (nah) for real, you need to give Drumma some
I looked up to the hustlas in the foreign cars
Who got that strong, Superman, that dun-ta-dun
[Hook: 2 Chainz]
The dopeman my muhfuckin’ role model
The dopeman my muhfuckin’ role model
The dopeman my muhfuckin’ role model
Buy everybody in this bitch they own bottles
The dopeman my muhfuckin’ role model (yeah!)
The dopeman my muhfuckin’ role model (yeah!)
The dopeman my muhfuckin’ role model (2 Chainz!)
Not Tyson, not Jordan, not Charles Barkley (okay)
[Verse 2: 2 Chainz]
I’m problematic, problem with the automatic
Close-knit shit, cut from a different fabric
Very necessary, d-boys are legendary
My Pops hustled, so do I, it’s hereditary
These niggas acting like girls, Tyler Perry stuff
Wanna get with me, I tell ‘em, “Neveruary 31st”
Under drugs, it was upstairs, say all I talk about
Is Gucci shoes, but I got more than one pair
One scale, two bales, and a cell phone
Give me two weeks, I turn this shit into the Velvet Room
Velvet rope, red carpet, inhaling smoke
Imagine getting awards just for selling dope
[Hook: 2 Chainz]
The dopeman my muhfuckin’ role model
The dopeman my muhfuckin’ role model
The dopeman my muhfuckin’ role model
Buy everybody in this bitch they own bottles
The dopeman my muhfuckin’ role model
The dopeman my muhfuckin’ role model
The dopeman my muhfuckin’ role model
Not Tyson, not Jordan, not Charles Barkley
[Verse 3: Dolla Boy]
The dopeman my muhfuckin’ role model
Sip lean up, we drink out the gold bottles
New Vogues on Lacs like the old models
Wet paint, big feet, make it more hard
Came out the hood from a broken family
The streets was my teacher, they showed me no amnesty
Courts start attacking me, on top of that they adding fees
Stack cheese to stay up, but more important is lawyer fees
Coach said I was a point guard
But I’m posted up on the block and I go hard
Skills of a big man, nah, I’m a dope boy
Big bomb in the bushes, pistol in my ho car
[Hook: 2 Chainz]
The dopeman my muhfuckin’ role model
The dopeman my muhfuckin’ role model
The dopeman my muhfuckin’ role model
Buy everybody in this bitch they own bottles
The dopeman my muhfuckin’ role model
The dopeman my muhfuckin’ role model
The dopeman my muhfuckin’ role model
Not Tyson, not Jordan, not Charles Barkley ‘Member in school?

Gucci Mane – Dickriders Lyrics

[Intro]
The word around town is this nigga six months (huh?)
She ain’t really pretty, she just Instagram stuntin’
Proper-talking, bitch
[Hook]
A nigga got pregnant, he was dickriding so much
The word around town is this nigga six months (huh?)
She ain’t really pretty, she just Instagram stuntin’
Fake proper-talking, bitch be like “Please pass the Backwood” (what?)
Trap boy Jack, I get the pack and run it back
What they say ’bout Guwop, stop the trap-shit, run it back
Big bro was a good boy, he sacked the quarterback
But I was just a hood-boy, bricks in my culdesac (brick)
[Verse]
Jordan number five, Gucci man, I’m still alive (whoa)
Domino, vamanos, pull up with a pie (domo)
Middle finger with the five, fuck the GBI (fuck ’em)
Mississippi, country nigga, crooked letter I (sip)
Matty with the eye, call me Patty with the pies (Patty)
I’m comin’ ov’, on the stove, look like I’m whippin’ rocks (skrrt)
Fuck her lookin in her eye, then I tell a lie
I’m leaving now, don’t tell her why, I just tell her “Bye” (bye)
Club full of side-hoes, giving the side-eye (side)
Pull up murk the parking lot, call it a drive-by (grrah)
She tired of the small-fry, she want the big guy (s’Gucci)
It’s a lot of niggas snitchin’, lot of niggas telling lies (liar)
[Hook]
A nigga got a pregnant, he was dickriding so much
The word around town is this nigga six months (huh?)
She ain’t really pretty, she just Instagram stuntin’
Fake proper-talking, bitch be like “Please pass the Backwood” (what?)
Trap boy Jack, I get the pack and run it back

‘Creed 2’ Taps Steven Caple Jr. To Replace Sylvester Stallone As Director

“We recognized Steven’s talent for telling ambitious stories with incredible heart in The Land," said Winkler. "We are confident what he will bring to Creed 2 will result in a story that resonates with audiences all over the world.”
Variety was first to break this news.” />
It looks like Rocky creator Sylvester Stallone isn't directing the Creed sequel anymore. MGM and Warner Bros just announced that Steven Caple Jr. Jordan as Adonis Johnson, the offspring Apollo Creed, and had Stallone reprise his iconic role of Rocky Balboa. will instead be in the director's seat on the followup to 2015's Creed, which starred Michael B.
We hear it was his decision to hand over the reins and the studio backed him. Stallone was originally attached to direct Creed 2 — making the announcement himself via his social media back in October.
I am confident that he and Michael B. step up and accept the role of director. "I believe it’s important for the director to also be a part of this generation like I was in mine, to make the story as relatable as possible." He added, "We are extremely lucky to have the talented young filmmaker Steven Caple Jr. "The character of Adonis Creed reflects this generation and its challenges," said Stallone. Jordan will hit it out of the park!"
This installment follows Adonis Creed's life inside and outside of the ring as he deals with new found fame, issues with his family, and his continuing quest to become a champion. Creed 2 hails from an original screenplay by Stallone and Luke Cage showrunner Cheo Hodari Coker, based on characters from the Rocky franchise.
Caple Jr.’s made is feature directorial debut with The Land, which premiered at Sundance in 2016 and was picked by IFC. He recently wrote HBO’s Emmett Till project, produced by Will Smith and Jay-Z and is directing the season finale of Freeform's Black-ish spinoff Grown-ish.
is repped by WME and Untitled Entertainment. Caple Jr.
Jordan and Guy Riedel will exec produce. The pic, slated to begin production in March in Philadelphia, is being produced by Irwin Winkler, Charles Winkler, William Chartoff, David Winkler and Kevin King-Templeton.

G-Eazy – The Plan

You gotta get it! It’s not going to make itself
When you wake up and check the Chase App
And this shit got more and more digits than a license plate
Them seven-eight figures don’t make themselves, yadadamean? There’s only one way
There’s only one option
There’s only one route to get there, you know? Must have mixed us with a different group of guys
Spot the truth or lies, I mean business
But I’m not in suit and ties
Just been prophesized (yeah, uh)
This shit fell right into place (yeah)
Indy 500 my pace (ayy)
Drinking it straight to the face
Liquor and women, two things I don’t chase (uh)

To the beach I don’t bring sand (no)
[Hook]

Thought that was always the plan
I might go fuck up these bands (ayy)
I do this shit ’cause I can (yeah)
I just took care of my fam (ayy)
Thought this was always the plan (yeah)
[Verse 2]
Ten years this shit has been brewing (ayy)
I’m like "The fuck you been doing?" (yeah)
Hall of fame, Gerald’s a shoe in
You’ll never be Jordan, you’re more Patrick Ewing (yeah)

Got tired of my bitch, I went got a new one

Roll me some, Marty, and I’m finna light this shit (ayy, yeah)
My jaw swimming on South Beach
This is shit that they don’t teach
Don’t go too far
Don’t trap too hard
Bitch, don’t reach like (uh)
Drugs got me on a level, lock jaw, got slow speech
I’m courtside, I got floor seats
Next to Rihanna like "Oh Sheesh!"

[Pre-Hook]
I might go fuck up these bands (ayy)
I do this shit ’cause I can (yeah)
I just took care of my fam (ayy)
Thought this was always the plan (yeah)
I might go fly to Japan (ayy)
Honolulu get a tan (yeah)
To the beach I don’t bring sand (no)
[Hook]

What were you doing? What do you mean? This was always the plan (yeah)
Always scrutinized, bags are super sized, why are you surprised? [Intro]
Yeah
Ayy

Turn, turn it up a little bit
I gotta, I gotta, I gotta blap
Yo, yo, ayy
[Pre-Hook]
I might go fuck up these bands (ayy)

It’s shit you don’t understand (ayy)
Popeye just opened the can
I don’t fuck with no fufu that’s not on my brand (ayy)
Call me when you need a hand (yeah)
In the bay I’m superman (ayy)
YSL on me, god damn
Tell me, why is your girlfriend my number one fan?

Michael B. Jordan To Make Directing Debut On David Barclay Moore Novel Adaptation ‘The Stars Beneath Our Feet’

In the wake of his brother's death, a young African American youth tries to steer a safe path through the projects in Harlem, aided by his imagination and the magic of Legos.
Jordan will produce the film adaptation and the author will write the script and be executive producer. The novel was published by the Random House imprint Alfred A. Knopf Books for Young Readers (an imprint of Random House) this past September. EXCLUSIVE: Endeavor Content has acquired the film rights to the David Barclay Moore novel, The Stars Beneath Our Feet, which will be developed as a vehicle for Creed star Michael B. Jordan to make his feature directorial debut.
Moore is the former Communications Coordinator for Harlem Children’s Zone, and The Stars Beneath Our Feet is his debut novel.
I've had the opportunity to work with some very smart and talented directors and it inspired me to take on this new challenge." “The Stars Beneath Our Feet tells a story that really spoke to me, and I'm looking forward to jumping behind the camera. "Directing has been an area I've wanted to explore for some time now,” said Jordan.
Jordan is represented by WME and Bloom Hergott. Moore is represented by Writers House and WME.” />
It doesn't seem that long ago when Jordan grew up in the business in The Wire and Friday Night Lights, before establishing himself as an adult in the Ryan Coogler-directed Fruitvale Station. Jordan is also expected to reprise in a sequel to Creed that will be directed by Sylvester Stallone. The move toward the directing chair comes at a particularly prolific time for Jordan as an actor: he recently wrapped HBO’s adaptation of the cautionary Ray Bradbury classic Fahrenheit 451 alongside Michael Shannon, as well as the Coogler-directed Black Panther for Marvel, opposite Chadwick Boseman.

Crooked I – Truth (Why U Mad) (feat. Royce 5’9″)

"I tell the truth, I get attacked, huh?"

[Chorus]
You gon’ get a lotta’ people mad, you speakin’ lotta’ truth
You gon’ get a lotta’ people mad, you speakin’ lotta’ truth
You gon’ get a lotta’ people mad, you speakin’ lotta’ truth
You gon’ get a lotta’ people mad, you speakin’ lotta’ truth
Oh you mad ’cause I’m stylin’ on you
[Verse 2: Royce Da 5’9"]
Tell the truth, "nigga, who the best in this industry?"
If it ain’t Crooked, Kendrick and Cole, bitch, then it’s me
You only acting tough ’cause you sniffing coke and sippin’ Hennessy
I click triggers re-lentlessly
I kill rich niggas instantly
While I’m here I’m fucking all your little bitches
All I said to that little thot, was "hello" back
Marshall called me the best out, I called him the "kettle black"
I’m like Nas, I’m about the check
My cars is parked in an underground garage like Das EFX
I’m about the deposits like I’m in debt, ‘cept I’m not in debt
I move in silence and I don’t move inside it, unless I’m protected like contracepts
I’m a Contra-vet
Thought you got me my [?] was wet
God just wept
I’m the flyest yet
I’m disguised as Ness
Your brides is [?], but your [?]
I left my deposit slip on the Gaza strip, while I was checking my connect
Yes! Like berets
I’ma show up where you did your show last
That’s gon’ be yo’ ass
I don’t get you there, I come to yo’ ave
I don’t get you there, I come to yo’ lab
Show up frontin’ like I’m drunk with the MO-AB
I’m a seasoned Slaughter House general, ya’ll the beginners bro
If I’m starving you know I target your dinner bowl
I’m a part of an augmented envision in God’s image
Part of a team that brings all the women
When I’m stepping wherever, they got to check the weather
When I’m summoning, summer bring autumn winters
I’m too up to understand what under means
Anytime I’m coming it’s humbling to all contenders
Male or female, we can bet your budget
I got asked in a interview, "where did I think I would be if I wasn’t in this bitch being the best who does it?"
That’s easy, I be somewhere else, being the best who does it [Chorus]
You gon’ get a lotta’ people mad, you speakin’ lotta’ truth
You gon’ get a lotta’ people mad, you speakin’ lotta’ truth
You gon’ get a lotta’ people mad, you speakin’ lotta’ truth
You gon’ get a lotta’ people mad, you speakin’ lotta’ truth
Oh you mad ’cause I’m stylin’ on you
[Verse 1: KXNG CROOKED]
"I gave you niggas the truth, huh? (uh, uh)
You niggas losing it
I coulda’ did it for the mainstream (uh, uh)
Nah, I wasn’t cool with it
Truthfully, I never thought I’d rap like Common Sense
But I woke up my people, been rapping like Common since
The hood is moving different than you envisioned
Consumerism’s the new religion
There’s fewer Christians and fewer Bishops reading them Jewish scriptures
A slew of bitches with shoe addictions and niggas who truly risking it all for the coupe if the roof is missing
On a foolish mission
What if I told you I knew the system wanted the future spending their youth in prison
"Who would listen?"
No time to listen to dudes who spittin’, while music’s missing
[?]
But you was trippin’, because your jewels have nothing to do with wisdom
You stupid, ludicrous, nigga
You’s a victim (Amen)
We lost souls, put that on the bible
Sell us some Jordan’s
We’ll be ignoring distorting on what’s important
Even though there’s been a war on the poor
Before they was recording, Jordan scoring titles
Me and your survival was more than vital
They say my people are like Jelly Beans
Wait! Because nobody like the black ones
Unless it’s our culture, then they like everything
Wait! I confess
I don’t rap for checks
I rap to kill rappers and for my respect
I shall let this nine go pyrotech’
Lies gon’ catch up and guys get lied to rest
I confess, shit don’t go right, then I go left
We not friends, do not flinch like Tourette’s
I’m on yo’ head! Huh?"
"And what’d you do with it?"
You ignored it and bought a bunch of fairy tales, huh?

AJ Tracey – Quarterback

[Verse 1]
Running up checks like a doctor
I’m tryna win gold like Oscar
A new flow, try and do it too, impostor
Got them all running off the beat like Costa
My team got a five star roster
Your bitch threw a fit when I tossed her
If she wanna fuck twice, that’ll cost her
If she wanna fuck twice, that’ll cost her
Leave me be, get out my face
I secured the bag and went on my way
They behind, they’re not on my page
Go learn to grind and get on my wage
You ain’t bae so don’t call man bae
You ain’t my mate so don’t call man A
Young nigga, they know my age
Free my bros, they locked in that cage
And I’ll still miss the drop if I want
Turn up, finesse the chick and I’m gone
I get head and keep all the lights on
No wasteman can jump on my song
They thought I would flop and they’re wrong
Still here, fit as hell my life’s strong
Still here, fit as hell my life’s strong
[Chorus]

[Verse 2]
I’ve got her number but I’m just texin’
Hittin’ up my line on the next ting
I don’t want you I want next ting
Baby girl I owe you a sexing
Break man’s soul when I’m flexing
But he try cap so I decked him
I took a grey ting to my hotel
And i had her on her knees when I checked in
My LA dons make the Draco fly
Like bread before the Draco sign
Came through, I’m here to take what’s mine
No "Whatless" old man can make me sign
I was doing laps on my Ridgeback
Nah i was doing laps on a specialized
If i had beef then i slid back
Girl you wanna fuck?

Vic Mensa – Rage Lyrics

(Intro)
Command, we’ve lost control
The engine’s bound to crash
The lightning strikes went bright
Do not go gently
It’s just my luck
You shot my bluff down from a thousand miles
I’m falling fast
I’m falling fast

(Chorus)
I want you to rage into the night
I want you to blaze into the light
Before your final flight
But boy, you’re fine, you’re fine
I want you to rage into the night
I want you to know, know you’re right
Before your final flight
Racing, racing, red eyes are burning rogue

(Verse 1)
I always wondered whether leaving meant something deeper than freedom
To be able to see everything I see when I’m sleeping
Ni**as waking up with no job, no mob lynching, we still hanging
White man telling ni**as to ball like Phil Jackson
Pray to Jordan, the play was enough to put up the bail
And a train don’t stop
And we ain’t have to ride the rails
Gas in the tank, hardly enough to make it home
They say home is where the hate is
I’m from where they kill their own
Probably film it on their phone, a generation addicted
To take knowledge and problems we face, and so conflicted
To take the burning road and just roll with the punches
Ni**as thought I was gone, I Derrick Rose from the trenches
Same fences we jumped as a shawty still in the way
Sometimes I wish I could fly far, far away
Where my sins fall down like pouring rain
I’m on slip my knot, hope I don’t fall again
Standing on my feet, I feel so small to look into space
It’s heavy just to stare up there and wonder what waits
So much we still don’t understand, still right in front of our face
I light a match, for the jets

(Chorus)
I want you to rage into the night
I want you to blaze into the light
Before your final flight
Before your final flight
But boy, you’re fine, you’re fine
I want you to rage into the night
I want you to know, know you’re right
Before your final flight
Before your final flight
Racing, racing, red eyes are burning rogue

(Bridge)
Riding a burning road
Running low, not a soul who could know
It’s every man who swept the burning ashes from the road

(Verse 2)
I put the halloween pistol out the trunk
Inside my mouth, if it was real, but I would dunk
That’s f**king done
How many thousand of kids would like to have mine?
Without a clue of the times I gave my life to have time
I’m tired of waiting
Tired of chasing pills that I’m tired of taking
Tired of court cases, tired of judges
Tired of saying f**k it
Tired of balling around the president, deciding this s**ts a gift
Two shots to life, only got one to live
You could lose it any night
Or down it in a fit
Or win a championship game
As a man I feel pain
As a king, I feel reign
Ask me how I deal with fame
As I write you from my basement
The cards ain’t changed yet
Ni**as on 47 still dealing the same shit
Rocks, blows, ducking cops and clothes
Came into the world naked, now I’m in all this BAPE shit
Tryna buy a Rolex, can’t even face time
I feel like it’s all wasted
The underground getting wasted
I spent 1500 on these bottles and this table
I shake it before I pop, I promise I’m not stable
But that boy do got horse power, ignore hours
These days I lose tracks of days, been years since I felt this way
Count on me to rage

(Outro)
Before the final flight
Before the final flight
I want you to rage
I want you to know, know you’re right

[Verse 1: Lauren]
I need somebody with some patience
‘Cause you know I got a temperament

FBI interrogation
I would get up there and lie for you

[Pre-Chorus: Dinah]
When push come to shove
You show me love
When push come to shove, aye

[Chorus: Lauren + Normani]
Long as you’re holding me down, down, down

A gangster and his bride just walked in

And I’ll never tell a soul what you told me
When I was sittin’ in the cells is when you showed me
It takes a real one to put up with the old me

I’m gon’ keep lovin’ you down, down, down
Long as you’re holding me down, down, down
I’m gon’ keep lovin’ you down, down, down {down, down, down, down}
Long as you’re holding me down, down, down (I’m gon’ love you down)
I’m gon’ keep lovin’ you down, down, down (long as you’re lovin’ me, boy)
I’m gon’ keep lovin’ you

Binary Star – Shogun (Waterworld 3 Album)

It’s so real
So ill
Swallow a pill
Gargle and spill
Oil
Automobile
Control the wheel
Burn Rubber appeal
Never let the motor chill
Seen more faces than Poker deals

Tank tops, bare arms
where the soldiers kill
Pythons
with Hogan appeal
Holdin’ the steel
Blazin’ guns

Raisin in the Sun
Hot as oat meal

I Write poems for thrill
They bite like a Doberman’s grill
Fade you like the Barber of a Seville
Maybe it’s over ya head
Maybe you over the hill
like O’Neal
It don’t take a Kobe to squeal

Or the Coffee holdin’ the milk
But not the Cream
get the money
dolla dolla bill
Fill the envelope
Nope
broken the seal

You’ coming up stiletto
We ballin’ like Wilt strollin’ on stilts
Fully built,
You think like the Wolf blowin’ at pigs
You’ too soft,
It feel like the wind blowing at silk

The rain blowing
the brainstorming
The lightening bolt on the hill
Verse electrifying eel
Power for a drill
In the flesh
Like the fangs Cobras reveal
Throw the staff like Moses will

Speaking of the spoken,
God-chosen
I throw’em a deal
Everybody know that it’s real/Isreal

Politics
Palestine
time to go for your shield
The only hope for Khalil
Muhammad spoke to Ji’bril
It’s less snow on the window sill
The more colder it feel

Devoted to explode it at will
Fuck ball, got bigger Jordan’s to fill
You Jack while I’m bonin’ my Jill
It’s the Bad Boy Daily
Coach of the Year
The moment you fear
Feel
Still
yeah

Fifth Harmony – Down Lyrics

[Intro: Gucci Mane]
It’s Gucci
Fifth Harmony

[Verse 1: Lauren]
I need somebody with some patience
‘Cause you know I got a temperament
And yeah, you got a reputation
Nothin’ that a little love can’t fix
There ain’t no kinda situation
Where I wouldn’t cross a line for you
FBI interrogation
I would get up there and lie for you

[Pre-Chorus: Dinah]
When push come to shove
You show me love
When push come to shove, aye

[Chorus: Lauren + Normani]
Long as you’re holding me down, down, down
I’m gon’ keep lovin’ you down, down, down
Long as you’re holding me down, down, down
I’m gon’ keep lovin’ you down, down, down
I’m gon’ keep lovin’ you

[Verse 2: Normani]
You the type that I could bake for (bake for)
‘Cause baby, you know how to take that cake
And I’m the only one you wait for
‘Cause baby, you know that I’m worth the wait

[Pre-Chorus: Ally & (Lauren)]
When push come to shove
You show me love (you show me love)
When push come to shove, aye

[Chorus: Lauren + Normani]
Long as you’re holding me down, down, down
I’m gon’ keep lovin’ you down, down, down
Long as you’re holding me down, down, down
I’m gon’ keep lovin’ you down, down, down
I’m gon’ keep lovin’ you

[Verse 3: Gucci Mane]
It’s like Bonnie and Clyde just walked in
A gangster and his bride just walked in
We on the same team and we ballin’
Got me showin’ off my ring like I’m Jordan
And I’ma hold you down like you hold me
And I’ll never tell a soul what you told me
When I was sittin’ in the cells is when you showed me
It takes a real one to put up with the old me
That’s why you in the coupe with the low seat
That’s why we at the game on the floor seats
My diamond that they seein’ from the nosebleeds
You make ’em mad, feel like you won a trophy

[Chorus: Lauren + Normani & Dinah]
Long as you’re holding me {down}, down, down
I’m gon’ keep lovin’ you down, down, down
Long as you’re holding me down, down, down
I’m gon’ keep lovin’ you down, down, down (love you down)
I’m gon’ keep lovin’ you down, down, down
Long as you’re holding me down, down, down
I’m gon’ keep lovin’ you down, down, down (down, down, down)
Long as you’re holding me down, down, down (i’m gon’ love you down)
I’m gon’ keep lovin’ you down, down, down (long as you’re lovin’ me, boy)
I’m gon’ keep lovin’ you

24 – Ambkor letra

Letra Ambkor – 24

Rompi, soy un p*to Beatlen suena 17, mas

Termanology – We’re Both Wrong (feat. Saigon)

[Verse 1: Saigon]
How could we have respect for you?
Look what we subjected to
Supposed to serve and protect
You acting all unprofessional
Restraining a man is not grabbing him by his testicles
Sucker getting a gun and a badge and get disrespectful
I’ll tell you why this shit is so stressful
’cause we been going through it since we came to America
On a vessel
Pick up a social studies book every time that they mention us
They was even enslaving us, trading us or was lynching us
So what’s the big difference?
Whether it’s a rope or a scope, the objective is to go out and hit niggas
Speaking this from the heart
I been doing the knowledge
We’re seeing that slavery was never truly abolished
They making uzis with dollars they can use for the colleges
What is this?
This is the movement of tricknologists
The only thing we’re doing wrong is not fighting back
You ain’t got the light to rap but you know what’s right and exact, jack

[Hook: Saigon]
How the hell am I wrong?
When your people been doing my people wrong for so long
Now all we got is the hope and the focus to hold on
Y’all been killing us for so long, it can’t go on
How we both wrong?

[Verse 2: Termanology]
If they shoot at us, they probably get awarded
If we shoot at them, they popping us when they spot us
It’s harder to live life, more conscious and like marauders
And focus on the problem of who could fix it in office
Then picking up a bottle, a bitch, and a couple garcia’s
And heading to the crib, to kick it and get some knowledge
Do we want knowledge? And bread for our toddlers?
Saved in accounts or more belts and wallets
And me I’m part of the problem, purchasing gucci products
Before, I put away that money for my daughters collage
And still a great father but times are getting harder
No money for private school, I guess should go harder
Tryna lock in in stability, cuz of my family history
All of them died broke, so I’m tryna be the remedy
Our ghetto kids never inherit no stocks and bonds
That’s something to think about
When you putting them Jordan’s on

[Hook: Saigon & Termanology]
How the hell am I wrong?
When your people been doing my people wrong for so long
Now all we got is the hope and the focus to hold on
Y’all been killing us for so long, it can’t go on
How we both wrong?, damn

Kanye West – Feedback (Dorian_Ye Version) Lyrics

[Intro]
I’ve been outta my mind a long time
I’ve been outta my mind a long time

[Hook]
Ayy, y’all heard about the good news?
Y’all sleeping on me, huh? Had a good snooze?
Wake up, nigga, wake up
We bout to get this paper

[Verse 1]
Money never made me
Make me do something? Nah, can’t make me
Even if the money low, can’t pay me
Even if the money low, can’t play me

[Hook]
Ayy, y’all heard about the good news?
Y’all sleeping on me, huh? Had a good snooze?
Wake up, nigga, wake up
We bout to get this paper

[Verse 2]
Pablo bought a Roley and a rottweiler
Seem like the more fame, I only got wilder
Hands up, we just doing what the cops taught us
Hands up, we just doing what the cops taught us
I’ve been outta my mind a long time
I’ve been outta my mind a long time
I’ve been saying how I feel at the wrong time
Might not come when you want but I’m on time

[Hook]
Ayy, y’all heard about the good news?
Y’all sleeping on me, huh? Had a good snooze?
Wake up, nigga, wake up
We ’bout to get this paper

[Verse 3]
I can’t let these people play me
Name one genius that ain’t crazy
Follow our father
You borrow our motto
I’m a Chicago south sider

[Hook]
Ayy, y’all heard about the good news?
Y’all sleeping on your boy, had a good snooze?
Wake up, nigga, wake up
It’s time to get the paper

[Verse 4]
I’ve been outta my mind a long time
I’ve been outta my mind a long time
I know, I know, I shouldn’t even bother
With all these gossiping, no-pussy-getting bloggers
Fashion show in Gotham, I need another costume
PETA’s mad cause I made a jacket outta possum
Awesome, Steve Jobs mixed with Steve Austin
Rich slave in the fabric store picking cotton
If Hov J then every Jordan need a Rodman
Man, Jay, they don’t really want no problems
Driving in the same car that they killed Pac in
Driving in the same urrr that they killed Pac in
Hands up, we just doing what the cops taught us
Hands up, hands up, then the cops shot us

[Outro]
Hold on, hold on, hold on
Wait a second, everybody here, I’m the ghetto Oprah
You know what that mean? You get a fur! You get a fur!
You get a jet! You get a jet! Big booty bitch for you! Woo!
